This is the best avocado leaf tea I've drank so far. I tried two other brands and they did not taste the same. It gives me a calming feeling and great sleep. I would recommend this tea to anyone who likes avocado leaf tea. It may be a bit pricy and you only get 15 bags. But the tea straining bag they use strains excess tea leaves getting in you tea.
