A Serial Entrepreneur Turned Wellness Innovator
For Sharon Colona, entrepreneurship is nothing new. With four businesses under her belt, including a successful real estate brokerage, she never imagined stepping into the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industryβuntil fate had other plans.
While planning retirement in Temecula, California, Sharon and her husband purchased a property with 550 avocado trees. Though running a grove wasnβt in her retirement plans, she was captivated by the incredible health benefits of avocado leaves.
"I came across studies showing how people in poverty-stricken areas have been using avocado leaves for generations to treat diabetes, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure," Sharon explains. "Every case study I found was more exciting than the next, and I knew I had to bring this to the world."
